These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website bristol-mfg.com and your purchase of products from Bristol Manufacturing Co. LLC. By using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to place an order on this site. By placing an order you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
2. Products, descriptions, and pricing
We do our best to describe products and color accurately, but natural canvas, waxed cotton, and leather vary subtly between dye and wax lots, and you should expect minor differences from the photographs on the site. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are inclusive of any applicable VAT or duties only where specifically noted. Sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any pricing or product information errors and to refuse or cancel any order placed on the basis of an obvious error.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted only when we send you an order confirmation email. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Apple Pay. The final total — including shipping, taxes, and any applicable fees — is shown to you before you complete payment. We will never charge any amount beyond what is shown on the final order page.
4. Shipping and delivery
Order processing, shipping methods, costs, and timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the package from us.

6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, photographs, product designs, and the Bristol Manufacturing Co. trademark — is owned by Bristol Manufacturing Co. LLC or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise commercially exploit any of the content without our prior written consent.
7. User conduct
You agree not to use the site to: (a) violate any law or regulation; (b) infringe the rights of any third party; (c) submit false or misleading information; (d) interfere with the security or normal operation of the site; or (e) reverse-engineer or scrape the site in bulk.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
