Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you order. If a piece doesn't suit your home, we'll take it back — here's exactly how.
1. Return window
You may return any unused, unwashed, and unworn item within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The 30-day window starts on the date the carrier marks your package as delivered.
2. Condition of returned items
Returned items must be in original condition: unwashed, unused, with all original packaging and tags intact. We cannot accept returns of items that have been laundered, used, or visibly handled beyond a normal in-store inspection.
3. How to start a return
- Email returns@bristol-mfg.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- We'll email you a prepaid return label and a Return Authorization (RA) number within one business day.
- Pack the item back in its original packaging, attach the label, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item — typically 2–3 business days after it arrives at our workshop — we'll process your refund.
4. Refund timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of our receiving the returned item. The actual posting time depends on your card issuer or PayPal. We'll email you a refund confirmation when the refund is sent.
5. Return shipping costs
U.S. domestic returns are free — we cover the return shipping label. International returns are at the customer's expense and we recommend using a trackable service. If your item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong product, we cover return shipping in all cases.
6. Items that cannot be returned
- Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Custom-made or monogrammed items.
- Used or laundered items.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange a size or color is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund. We do not hold inventory for exchange requests.
8. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@bristol-mfg.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or full refund — your choice — and cover all shipping in both directions.
